Agent pay is based on the revenue generated on assets in a specific location or various assets over different locations. Agents are compensated on the percentage of linehaul, percentage of gross revenue or a flat rate per load. Pay rates can vary based upon the type of revenue and expenses assigned to each unit. Deductions on the agent settlements are performed by flat rate or preassigned values from the equipments profile (i.e. truck rent, trailer rent, insurance, misc.).
